3rd Senegal International Housing, Building and Construction Exhibition & Conference: Gathering 500+ delegates from 22 countries

August 2019 – The organising team of SEN HABITAT welcomes invites you to join the 3rd edition of SEN HABITAT Senegal, taking place on 1- 3 October 2019 in Dakar.  This edition is organised by AME Trade Ltd, in partnership with the Ministry of Urban Renewal, Housing and Living Environment. SEN HABITAT has proved to be the region’s most comprehensive Industry tradeshow.

Senegal’s construction sector is growing and dynamic. The government has introduced several housing and constructor programmes like the emerging Senegal Plan (ESP) aimed to boost the country experience of life – this has impacted the cost of land, speculation and infrastructure supply. Previously, Senegalese house prices ranged from around $2,800 a month. However, since the government initiative for social housing programme was introduced, the cheapest house prices have been set at an average $154.

The strategic priorities of African businesses and housing companies will be the top agenda at the SEN HABITAT building and construction event as Senegal is positioned to develop into a middle-income nation by 2035.The joint efforts of real estate developers, architects, contractors, financial institutions and homebuyers will set SEN HABITAT 2019 as an opportunity to network with key private and public decision makers in West Africa’s housing and building industry, as well as, discover the latest trends and innovations in global building and housing markets.
