Dakar, November 19, 2024 – The Ministry of Urban Planning, Local Authorities and Territorial Planning (MUCTAT) and Ametrade Senegal, organizers of the International Exhibition of Housing, Housing and Construction (SENHABITAT) announce the postponement of the fifth edition of this flagship event. Initially scheduled for December 2-4, 2024, the event will now be held in April 2025 at the King Fahd Palace in Dakar, Senegal.

This strategic postponement stems from the desire of the Ministry and its partners to include new large-scale real estate projects currently under development. These initiatives, which reflect the major advances in the housing sector in Senegal, will play a key role in the next edition, bringing enriched and relevant content for participants.
